- Payment-related information: when you pay the documentation fee, payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card or bank details on our own servers.
- Referral information: if you arrive via a referral link, we record the referrer's code so the correct person is credited once your fee is confirmed.
- Newsletter information: if you subscribe, we collect your email address to send you occasional updates.
- Certificate verification information: when you look up a certificate on our Verify page, we may log the certificate ID entered to prevent misuse of the lookup tool.
