These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, internship programme, referral programme, certificate verification tool, and related services (together, the "Services") provided by Offclient Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U62091UP2026PTC250644) ("Offclient", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or applying to a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, submitting an application, or paying the documentation fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

2. About Offclient Solutions

Offclient Solutions Private Limited is a legally registered business (CIN: U62091UP2026PTC250644) operating in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Our internship programmes are designed and delivered directly by Offclient Solutions to support practical learning and career development.

3. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for students, recent graduates, and working professionals seeking practical, project-based learning experience. By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

4. The Internship Programme

Each internship track runs for approximately one month per cohort and is delivered fully remotely. The programme consists of structured, project-based tasks reviewed by our team, culminating in a certificate upon successful completion.

Nature of the relationship: participation in an Offclient internship track is a learning and skill-development programme. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, it does not constitute an employment relationship, and does not guarantee a stipend, job offer, or placement with Offclient or any third party.

5. Application & Selection

Applications are submitted through our online application form. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into a track or cohort. We reserve the right to accept, waitlist, or decline any application at our discretion.

6. Documentation Fee

There is no cost to start an internship. Once you receive your Candidate Identification Number (CIN — not to be confused with our company CIN), a small documentation fee applies to cover certificate processing and administrative costs, payable via the Payment page. Unless required otherwise by applicable law, documentation fees are non-refundable once paid, including in cases where a participant does not complete or submit programme tasks.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued after your cohort's end date, once your submitted tasks have been reviewed and approved by our team, and your documentation fee has been confirmed. Every certificate we issue can be independently checked on our Verify page. Offclient reserves the right to withhold or revoke a certificate where tasks are not genuinely completed, or where these Terms have been violated (for example, plagiarism or misrepresentation).

8. Referral Programme

Participants may refer others using a personal referral link. A referral reward is credited once the referred applicant's documentation fee is confirmed. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent referrals, or self-referral, and to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.

9. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your application or submissions;
• Submit plagiarised or dishonestly obtained work as your own;
• Attempt to manipulate the referral programme or certificate verification tool;
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that disrupts or harms Offclient, other participants, or third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, branding, content, and task materials are owned by Offclient Solutions Private Limited and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Work you personally create while completing programme tasks remains yours, and you're welcome to showcase it in your portfolio, unless a specific task states otherwise.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the Site, application process, and certificate issuance running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that participation will lead to any specific career outcome.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Offclient Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the documentation fee you paid, if any.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, including withholding a certificate, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. You may discontinue participation at any time by notifying us; documentation fees already paid remain subject to Section 6 above.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
